Welcome To SPORTS BODY

On your first visit the initial assessment will take approximately an hour. This involves taking a detailed history, followed by a thorough examination and assessment of the injury. Which includes the testing of any affected joints, to identify the exact nature, extent of the injury and any underlying biomechanical difficulties that may be contributing to the problem.

From this, an initial plan of therapy treatments and rehabilitation exercises will be formed. You will be re-assessed at every session to ensure that your recovery is progressing at an optimal rate and that your treatment is suited to your needs.
